Meet Diala

Diala is a certified personal fitness trainer, ACE-certified coach, CPR-certified instructor, dance teacher, wife, and proud mom of two. Born and raised in Venezuela, her love for movement, rhythm, and community started early — and now fuels every session she leads.

After turning her personal passion into a profession, Diala created a coaching approach that blends strength training, dance, and mindful movement to help women reconnect with their bodies and feel confident at every stage of their journey.

With years of experience and a deep understanding of how fitness transforms both physically and mentally, she’s built Jamm Fitness as a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether it’s one-on-one or in a group setting, Diala’s goal is to make fitness fun, focused, and something you actually look forward to.
